Okay... Now it's really a MUST TO DO things for me! I am not pregnant but my body weight is like an olifant hehehe and then browsing and found some tips. 1. women workout routines "the main problem is that you eat a lot and you can’t burn all eaten calories." That's maybe my case :wink 2. Workouts Remember: Your muscles burn 3 times as many calories than fat. So, the less muscle you have, the less calories you will burn, thus retaining more fat. => So I need to burn this bloody fat in my body specially stomach! 3. Start now and feel the pain, but after that u will smile "Happy" c'mon lady... u can do it!

I love this word = Traveling. No matter what, that's really an interesting subject. where? I think I will think about United States. which one? well the famous freedom city where Liberty statue stand there gorgeously! when? well that's a big question, when do you think is the best time to go there? okay... let's gather some more informations first.
